Progress Teachers are working closely with a Mainstream Junior School in the Burton-upon-Trent area to source a part time skilled administrator/receptionist to begin in June covering Maternity leave expected to be 1 year. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff members. Maintain accurate student records and databases using school management systems. Utilise various school systems, including but not limited to Arden, Class Charts, BromCom, School Money, IRIS (for parent texting), Microsoft Teams, High Level, HCSS Budgets Access Education Suite, I-Risk, SIMS, and CPOMS. Assist in coordinating school events and activities. Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry. Collaborate with teachers and staff to support the smooth functioning of the school.
