The Role
In this pivotal role, you’ll take charge of high-profile grocery retail accounts, managing relationships with major players like Tesco and Morrisons. Working alongside the Head of Sales and an energetic commercial team, you’ll craft and execute customer strategies that drive profitable growth and category leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the commercial relationship with major grocery retailers, including Tesco and Morrisons
* Develop and execute customer strategies that drive volume, visibility, and value
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and NPD to deliver on commercial goals
* Negotiate annual terms, promotional plans, and joint business plans
* Track performance and market trends to ensure your accounts outperform the competition
* Represent the brand with passion, energy, and a deep understanding of its values and positioning
About You
You’re already operating at National Account Manager or National Account Executive level, with 5+ years of FMCG experience under your belt. You’ve managed top UK grocery retail accounts and understand how to build strategic partnerships that deliver long-term growth.
You’re commercial, confident, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Most importantly, you bring energy, curiosity, and a genuine passion for the health, wellness, or nutrition space.
What You’ll Need:
* Proven experience managing major grocery accounts (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons)
* FMCG background—ideally food, drink, or nutrition
* Commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills
* Proactive and driven, with the ability to take initiative and make things happen
* A positive, outgoing personality with the resilience to thrive in a high-growth business
Location:
Hybrid working – 2–3 days a week in their vibrant Central London HQ
Package:
£55,000 – £65,000 base salary + £5,500 car allowance + 20% bonus + pension + additional benefits
