As a Senior Design Manager, you'll play a key role in design management for Transformational Programmes related to critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects domestically and internationally.
We specialise in all aspects of the Water sector and deliver water services across sectors such as Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, and Education. We provide industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and construction phases. We have opportunities in our Manchester, Leeds, Belfast, and Glasgow offices.
Your Purpose
* Deliver high-quality technical design work following relevant standards and codes.
* Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
* Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
* Identify, communicate, and manage project risks.
* Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards in design.
What you can bring
* Chartered Civil Engineer.
* Experience leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary and Design & Build projects.
* Knowledge of water/wastewater treatment, storage solutions, hydraulics, water supply, and wastewater collection systems, with familiarity with UK standards.
* Strong commercial, contractual, and programme management experience.
