Your Role As a Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Contract Manager and Service Managers with day-to-day tasks. This includes raising quotes, updating databases, and assisting with communications to both internal and external parties. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Customer Correspondence: Write and respond to routine correspondence and answer ad hoc queries from customers in a timely manner. Autonomous Action: Take responsibility and initiative without the need for day-to-day direction. Client Liaison: Manage the companys liaison with clients to facilitate a seamless process and ensure a positive experience. Customer Service: Provide high-touch customer service by building and maintaining client relationships, following departmental processes, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. Quote Management: Work with accuracy to ensure all quotes are raised correctly and databases are updated with current information. Data Management: Input, verify, and correct data as necessary; obtain further information for incomplete records. Team Support: Assist other members of the coordination team when needed. Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and group management systems. Administrative Tasks: Perform routine administrative tasks including dealing with customer emails, tickets, and incoming and outgoing calls. Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required to ensure the smooth running of the service office. Skills and Qualifications Essential: Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience. Enthusiastic and a good team player. Ability to work quickly while maintaining high levels of accuracy. Experienced in data entry with a keen eye for detail. Confident with the ability to communicate at all levels, via phone and email. Good customer service skills.
