Job summary Are you a newly qualified GP (within the last two years, without a substantive post) looking for an exciting and supportive role to launch your career? St Mary's Surgery (a member of the Ely North PCN) is seeking an enthusiastic GP to join our team on a fixed-term salaried contract until 31 March 2025. We offer 7 sessions per week from 30th December - 31st March, with the possibility of contract extension once further guidance from NHS England is available. Main duties of the job We offer an opportunity to develop your interests, with the full breadth of primary care services and training offered in house, you can develop your interests in a safe and supportive environment. - Special interests are actively encouraged currently including research, gynaecology, minor surgery, medical officers for a local private school and elderly care rehabilitation ward. - We are a training practice for GP registrars and host medical students. - A timetable of regular educational meetings to help with appraisal requirements.
