Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
* Deliver a seamless and positive experience for customers throughout the sales journey
* Use your experience to drive sales, close deals, and maintain a productive sales floor
* Mentor and coach team members to improve performance and enhance customer engagement
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in an Automotive Sales Manager role is essential
* Proven ability to close sales and build customer relationships
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Process-oriented with excellent attention to detail
* Professional, presentable, and motivated to achieve results
