Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
* Manage the calendars of the People & Culture Director, CEO, and SLT, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
* Prepare and distribute agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes.
* Organise internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistical details are handled effectively.
* Track and follow up on action items from meetings to ensure timely completion.
Communication and Coordination
* Act as the first point of contact for the People & Culture Director and CEO, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently.
* Maintain clear communication channels between the SLT and other departments.
* Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations for senior leaders.
* Support the People & Culture team with communication initiatives, including employee updates and leadership announcements.
Project Support
* Assist the People & Culture Director with projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, leadership events, and compliance reporting.
* Support the CEO and SLT with research, data collection, and preparation of materials for presentations.
* Participate in key projects, such as CleanEvent’s Good to Great plans and CleanEvent Academy initiatives.
Organisation and Data Management
* Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
* Track key deadlines for leadership initiatives and prepare summaries for the SLT.
* Update and manage filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy access to information.
Learning and Development
* Engage in your own professional development by completing a recognised apprenticeship programme.
* Gain exposure to senior leadership operations and develop skills in organisation, communication, and project management.
* Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.
