A wonderful opportunity has become available for an experienced AP Executive to join a fab company based close to the Hayes area. Working within a close-knit and very friendly Finance Team, you will be part of the AP function taking responsibility for a variety of financial tasks. Candidates must be AAT qualified at level 3 and above and able to occasionally travel to the London office (not on a regular basis, just as and when required).
Role responsibilities:
1. Managing supplier invoices
2. Managing supplier queries
3. Review and check PO's
4. Coding and posting invoices
5. Ensuring all supplier accounts are reconciled monthly and before any payment
6. Ensuring all payments are approved prior to being setup
7. Management of the cashbook
8. Ensuring all Bank Statements are printed and saved monthly and kept organised
9. The management or support and timely return of all audit queries assigned to you by your manager
Candidate profile:
1. Must be AAT qualified at level 3 or above
2. Must have at least 18 months experience working within an accounts department
3. Strong IT skills required including MS Office and previous experience of working with an accounting package
This is an office-based role Monday to Friday with the working hours of 9am to 5.30pm. Parking is available.
