Job Description : Job Description The Service desk role is to provide professional and effective first and second level support to all News Corp business users and departments globally on the various networks and computer systems within the organization,onsite or remotely. Experience: o Minimum 12 months Service Centre experience in a Corporate environment o Proven experience working directly with multiple levels of customers, including senior management o Proven experience working with various operating systems such as Windows, OSX and other operating systems o Newspaper or Media industry experience (desired) Qualifications: o Microsoft MCIPT/ MCP - Windows 10 o ITIL v3/4 Foundation Certificate o Apple ACHDS, ACTC o SalesForce - Admin (Desired) Abilities: o Fun, proactive personality o Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization o Ability to effectively translate technical information and procedures to end-users o Ability to assume multiple responsibilities and remain productive within time-sensitive and fast-paced environments Job Category: News Corp is a global, diversified media and information services company focused on creating and distributing authoritative and engaging content to consumers throughout the world.
