Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and visionary Account Executive for our Instructor Led Training (ILT) business to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth. You will be at the forefront of identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities, serving as the primary interface for all our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong, lasting relationships with key strategic accounts, engaging with clients at the senior management and executive levels.
* Sales Development: Identify and develop new sales opportunities, raising the profile of our products and services to create demand and drive revenue growth.
* Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding their needs, pinpointing pain points, and translating these into effective training solutions.
* Strategic Interface: Act as the primary interface for all products and services, maintaining a deep understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate value to customers.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 5+ years of direct sales experience, selling IT training solutions, SaaS, B2B, enterprise software to IT management & director level.
* Experience in the learning, human capital, human capital technology space is preferred.
* Ability to exceed sales targets and a keen understanding of the steps involved in a sales cycle.
* Ability to collaborate and leverage subject matter expertise in a matrixed sales environment.
