Job Description
* Supporting the HR department in implementing HR initiatives.
* Processing employee data, maintaining records and reports.
* Assisting with recruitment processes such as job posting, scheduling interviews and onboarding new staff.
* Handling HR-related inquiries or requests and ensuring they are appropriately dealt with.
* Collaborating with the HR team to ensure the smooth running of the department.
* Providing support for the management of employee relations issues.
* Performing other relevant tasks as required by the HR department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
* A strong understanding of HR procedures and policies.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making.
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Excellent communication skills, with a knack for building strong relationships.
