In this office-based role you will be performing general administrative duties such as responding to phone calls and emails, along with ordering stock and parts for vehicles, liaising with customers, and ensuring H&S documentation is in order. This is a busy, structured role with plenty of variety in the day to day work.
This role would suit an Administrator from a vehicle workshop or similar background looking for a long-term career for a company they can settle in, where they will be part of a tight-knit and collaborative team.
The Role:
1. Performing administrative duties within a close-knit office environment
2. Liaising with customers via phone calls and emails
3. Ordering stock for the office and parts for vehicles
4. Ensuring H&S documentation is in order
5. Office based, Monday - Friday, start between 7:30-8:30am, finish between 4:30-5:30pm
