The Opportunity
An exciting permanent year round role has become available within Cambria’s Grounds Maintenance Team. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative working in our North Wales region, you will be responsible for ensuring that sites are well maintained in line with Cambria’s Values and Operating Principles.

We are seeking applicants with experience of grounds maintenance work and/or estate services delivery e.g. in a Housing Association, Local Authority Parks Department or with a Grounds Maintenance Contractor.
Your duties will include:
* Ensuring that all communal areas, including windows and refuse areas are clean, well maintained and kept free of rubbish and litter.
* Maintaining and improving all grassed, planted and soft or hard landscaped areas in line with Cambria’s Values and Operating Principles.
* Proactively working with others as required and assisting in the ongoing engagement with residents regarding the maintenance and management of the site.
The rate of pay for this role is £12.60 per hour for a basic 40-hour week, (average earnings £26,208 per year).
