We are seeking applications for Head of Digital Development from well-qualified and experienced A Level teachers. This is an exciting opportunity to lead on digital innovation across the Trust and we expect it to be a role which evolves over time. The emphasis of the post is to look to the future of teaching and learning as well as wider, organisational processes, and make sure we have the know-how and IT infrastructure to keep up with a rapidly developing educational scene. This is a full-time, permanent post. The salary reflects leadership duties and responsibilities as well as a handful of additional working days as outlined in the Overview of the Trust and the Role.
Salaries will be on the sixth form college leadership scale between Point 5 and Point 9 which is currently £60,285 and £66,492 depending on experience, plus £3,082 London Weighting per annum, with a pay award pending.

Essential Requirements
* Qualified teacher status and experience of teaching at A level.
* Outstanding understanding of digital issues, the use of data science and a passion for how technology can positively impact on educational outcomes and experiences.
* Experience of middle management.
* Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational technology.
* Confidence and experience in the use of the O365 ecosystem in an educational setting.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to think strategically and manage change.
* Ability to lead and inspire educators.
* Familiarity with AI platforms.
* Experience of analysing complex issues, drafting reports and policy documents.
* An understanding of quality assurance and the procedures and processes necessary to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
* An understanding of and commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion in practice.
* A commitment to safeguarding the interests and needs of young people.
