Job Description:
The scheduler will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance activities to ensure that machinery, equipment, and facilities are kept in optimal working condition. Working on various customer contracts, the Scheduler will triage all calls, assess the need to send mobile resources, and plan jobs efficiently, optimizing routes.
40 Hours per week, Monday - Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain a detailed maintenance schedule for all equipment and facilities.
2. Prioritize maintenance tasks based on urgency, impact on operations, and resource availability.
3. Triage and manage acceptances on portals appropriately.
4. Ensure all work orders are completed on time, meeting customer SLA and KPI requirements.
5. Monitor the progress of maintenance activities and adjust schedules as necessary.
6. Assist the line manager with departmental responsibilities.
7. Manage customer portal accounts.
Skills and Qualifications:
Essential
* Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience.
* Enthusiastic team player.
* Ability to work quickly while maintaining high accuracy.
* Experienced in data entry with keen attention to detail.
* Confident communicator at all levels via phone and email.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good customer service skills.
