You will work as part of a large multi-disciplinary team who make a real difference to patient care and clinical research within one of the UKs leading Intestinal Failure/Nutrition Services. The Multi-disciplinary Nutrition Teams support over 220 adult and 20 paediatric patients to receive Home Parenteral Nutrition as well as providing excellent care to in-patients needing intravenous nutritional support across the Trust. Referrals are received from across the region for Intestinal Failure patients and the team are well recognised for the high level of care, expertise and knowledge displayed across the whole MDT.
