EQUANS is looking for a Multi Skilled Trade Operative to join our team in Leeds. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.
To provide a multi-skilled trade service, working on the allocated site. Assist the Site team with day to day running of the project. To carry out the duties as a labourer in accordance with Statutory Regulations, Company policies and Procedures. To assist the Site Manager in producing a quality product within the contract period and in a safe manner. Adhere to all requirements set by SHEQ team, policy and strategy.
What will you deliver?
1. Responsible for delivering a wide range of Repairs, Maintenance and Refurbishment works.
2. Compliance with specification
3. Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules
4. Maintain and care for all company tools.
5. To use appropriate safety equipment
6. To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day.
7. Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site-based documentation.

Who are we looking for?
20. Previous trades experience
21. Up to date relevant industry related knowledge
22. Understanding of local government
23. Experience of Partnership arrangements
24. Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
25. Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving licence
