We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Coordinator to join our dynamic team and oversee our thriving swimming operations. Role Overview As Swim Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the club’s swimming program. This includes overseeing swim lessons, coordinating swim-related events, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of members and staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall experience for our members and ensuring the smooth running of our aquatic activities. Key Responsibilities Organize, coordinate and develop our swim England learn to swim program and manage our swimming instructors Responsible for maximizing the swim timetable, complete swim assessments and renewals along with reviewing the current timetable. Organize swimming crash courses during non-term times. Communicating with parents in a timely manner regarding bookings, providing support and feedback via email, phone call or face to face. Lead on competitive swimming / swim challenges / swim galas. Ensure swimming KPI’s are met each term along with all processes being complete to track the financial success of the swim programme. Be responsible for the programming of swim lessons in ESP and training of all staff responsible for taking payments and bookings for swim lessons. Keep knowledge up to date and always look to develop understanding in other areas of exercise. Ensuring that all child protection and health and safety issues within the workplace are considered and where necessary procedures implemented and enforced. Ensure members, guests and staff, observe club rules and enforce them where necessary. Follow all other procedures that may be arranged so that the facility operates safely and in an efficient manner. Perform reasonable duties as specified by the Health Club Manager or the Club General Manager. Opportunity to earn extra income through delivery of swimming lessons.
