About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with 5+ years in account management, ideally in a medical communications setting. In this senior role, you’ll lead client relationships, manage high-impact projects, and bring strategic insight to instructional design. You’ll work on a range of creative and innovative content, and this role offers a valued platform to express and expand your creativity. You’ll ensure quality at every stage, working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver outstanding results on time and on budget.
Ideal Candidate: With your extensive account management experience, you’ll be adept at overseeing multiple projects, leading client conversations, and navigating complex timelines. Strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach are essential.
