An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator tojoin our learning disability team. You will work out of one of the CTPLD basesin Chippenham, Warminster, Marlborough, or Salisbury with a hybrid approach toyour work. There is an expectation that the candidate will work three days aweek or more as required from a team base.
We promote and support access to mainstream services andprovide specialist health care for people with learning disabilities across thecounty. The Wiltshire CTPLD operates as an integrated multiagency health teamwith colleagues from Avon and Wiltshire NHS Partnership Trust and close linkswith Wiltshire Councils Learning Disability and Autism Service.
Main duties of the job
The administrative role for the team is varied and requires stronginformation management & technology literacy to undertake the necessarywork across the systems we use and support the clinical team with varyingtasks.
The role involves a variety of administrative tasks including receivingand making calls with a variety of people from individuals with a learningdisability, their families and carers and a wide variety of professionalsacross a broad range of services both community and acute settings. A vitalskill is an ability to take effective minutes for a wide variety of meetings,support with creating and managing databases and a wide variety of usingMicrosoft office programs. 1. To have worked previously in a medical, health or social care environment
