Are you passionate about the health and wellbeing of people in your community?
Would you like to join a busy team supporting VAST's Community Health Champions project? VAST is looking for an engaging individual to keep in touch with our Community Health Champions.
Main responsibilities:
1. Telephone Community Health Champions to check in with their experiences and capture feedback.
2. Ensure CRM is kept up to date, maintaining current and accurate records of all champions.
3. Promote upcoming events and training available to champions.
Knowledge and skills required:
1. Good all round computer skills.
2. Able to communicate effectively using appropriate methods and language, across a range of audiences.
3. Ability to work as part of a team.
4. Office and administration skills.
5. Excellent telephone skills and manner.
Training and support given:
1. Full training will be given in the procedures and systems used as part of induction.
2. Regular 121 with Volunteer Lead.
3. Attend regular team meetings.
4. Ongoing training and upskilling available.
