Our Peripatetic Service is seeking to appoint 1x Support Assistant Pm shifts only working 21.00 hours per week in De Lacy Gardens. This essential service works 7 days per week, 52 weeks a year, providing the best possible quality of care in the community.
The successful person will be prepared to work a 2-week rolling rota which includes Evening shifts 16:00pm – 23:00pm.
The positions do include weekends and bank holidays.
This post is subject to the Fluency Duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016. The post holder is required to demonstrate a proficient level of fluency under the Duty as detailed within the job specification for the post.
To enable service users to remain in their own homes by promoting independence and delivering a quality service.
To ensure individuals are treated with dignity and respect and to work alongside other professionals and agencies in a person-centred way to deliver effective services by working within national guidelines and standards.
The position will help you gain invaluable skills to deliver person-centred care at every opportunity.
