This role will primarily be focused on supporting the admin team. They will work closely with the Service Manager, Operations Manager, RTT Team Members, Clinical leads, Consultants, and all other clinical staff in the directorates, Heads of Departments, HR Partner, Divisional Accountant, and Patients/Representatives.
Some of the duties will include:
1. Outpatient and Inpatient Waiting list Management.
2. Manage annual leave, sickness absence, and time owing in accordance with Trust policy.
3. Responsible for workload planning and delegation on a continuous basis, ensuring equity of distribution between admin team members.
