The Role
As an Order Fulfilment Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the operations team, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end fulfilment process, managing data and documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer orders from entry to dispatch
Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment
Maintain accurate order records and update internal systems
Investigate and resolve order or delivery issues quickly and professionally
Monitor stock levels and flag potential shortages or delays
Support reporting and performance tracking related to order fulfilment
Ensure documentation and compliance requirements are metYou will need:
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
