Our client, a leading business in their field is seeking a Receptionist to join their friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Due to growth our client is looking to add a Receptionist to their team, where you will be working in a full-time capacity as the first point of contact for the business, whilst spending two days per week working on administrative tasks to support the team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Reception role as well as previous administrative experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for clients and employees, both over the phone and face to face
- Update and maintain internal diary system
- Complete administrative duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Direct any calls to the correct individual / department
- Provide a welcoming environment for visitors to the office
- Diary management
This is an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist to join a thriving business who are leasers within their field.
You will be working in a varied role, working on Reception whilst also supporting the Administration team two days per week.
