Overview of the role

We are now very excited to be hiring a Solutions Administrator for our Solutions department. The role will include; sales and administration activities (e.g. renewals reporting, portal management), vendor management, training and customer satisfaction, aimed at promoting and discovering solutions opportunities both in Phoenix’s existing customer base and net new prospects.
What will you be doing?
- Gather and share key information about vendor programs with both internal teams and external partners.
- Develop a strong understanding of key vendors like VMware and Dell Technologies, including their products and value propositions.
- Promote key technologies within the Phoenix sales teams, helping them identify and pursue relevant opportunities.
- Explain procurement programs to the sales teams, ensuring they maximize profits and rebates for both renewals and new business.
- Create and improve processes to enhance compliance, teamwork, and efficiency, benefiting both Phoenix and its customers.

What are we looking for?
The right person for this role will have experience in a similar administrative role with a strong interest in IT & technology.
Key Skills:
- Excellent ability to prioritise effectively, balancing your time between internal duties and proactive development and sales related activity
- Organisational skills and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Verbally communicate precisely, effectively and with authority to both individuals and groups
- Create concise and accurate email communications
- That you are self-motivated and self-sufficient, able to manage your own time and workload

What about hybrid working?
Two days p/ w in the office is the minimum expectation for this role.
