Morrison Water Services is recruiting for a Compliance Investigation Officer to work on our Welsh Water Network Alliance contract in Clydach.
As the Compliance Investigation Officer, you will be part of our Streetworks Team. You will be responsible for ensuring all financial penalties received by the business are investigated thoroughly. And reported on to identify the root cause and liability with support evidence.
As the Compliance Investigation Officer your duties & responsibilities will include:
- Highlight any trends in Cost of Failure data with regards to Streetworks compliance. With a strategic view to resolve ongoing failures within both the planning and operational function. support with the aim of reducing business Cost of Failure charges
- Ability to work jointly with other departments within the business to gain full knowledge of the failings resulting in financial penalties
- Act as a focal point for issue resolution
- Update Salesforce with StreetWorks compliance data for trend and tracking purposes
- Distribute work comments to the relevant contacts in a timely manner
- Liaise with Highway Authorities accordingly in regard to financial penalties
- Ensure the correct follow-on stage is actioned by contacts in receipt of works comments

We are relocating from Nelson to our new office in Clydach and there may be a requirement during training to be in Nelson whilst we move - we can discuss this as part of the interview and any queries you may have.
