Reception & Customer Service Assistant – £11.44 per hour
Birmingham, B4 - 5 days a week - Thursday to Monday
We are currently seeking a temporary Reception & Customer Service Assistant to serve as the initial point of contact for residents at this luxury student accommodation. Your warm and friendly demeanor will be crucial in building strong relationships and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
The role will include responding to day-to-day inquiries from residents, managing busy situations with ease, handling difficult customers effectively, managing parcels and mail, answering and directing phone calls, and providing outstanding customer service. Your goal will be to exceed customer expectations and establish a strong connection with each resident to understand and meet their needs.
Key Requirements:
* Prior experience in customer service is essential
* Confident and proactive
* Experience in administrative and reception duties is preferred
* Customer-focused with experience in a service-oriented environment
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask
