Our Team Our In-Home Service Assistants (IHSA) provide one-on-one care to help older Victorians live comfortably in their own homes. They help clients stay connected and feel supported by assisting with daily activities, personal care, and community engagement. Focused on delivering compassionate care, our assistants thrive doing meaningful work, knowing that they are valued. With access to training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team, they have everything they need to be self-motivated and resilient while working in a safe environment. The Role We are looking for experienced In-Home Service Assistants (IHSA) to join our team in the Hepburn region, specifically, Clunes, Creswick Assist clients with daily activities according to their needs and choices Work with clients one-on-one to live their best lives and maintain relationships Assist clients with personal care or domestic duties in their homes Assist clients to keep connected to their communities through activities they love Work with several clients per day across shift patterns that work for you About you To be successful in this role you will need: A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients Ability to work independently and as part of a team Respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation Either Unqualified or completed and currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or a related qualification. If you have completed the first year of your nursing studies, and have completed your placements, you will be a qualified Care Worker. Why Benetas?
