Leisure World’s Sport & Leisure service operate several leisure facilities including purpose-built Sports Park facility, 3G Rugby Pitches, 1-mile cycle track, multi-function sports halls, swimming programme and Aqua Springs Day Spa. We also operate Tiptree Sports Centre facilitating newly refurbished 3G pitches, Technogym Fitness Suite and our iconic 8.5m Red Climbing Wall. Colchester City Council are seeking a level 2 Trampoline British Gymnastics qualified trampoline coach who can assist in delivering our children’s trampoline coaching programme across multiple sports facilities within Colchester. Moreover, you will be part of the wider aim of making Colchester a happier and healthier community. The role As an essential member of the Leisure World team, you will be responsible for delivering our current junior trampoline sessions at Leisure World Tiptree, developing their skills, and working towards the British Gymnastics award scheme. There will also be opportunity for coaching school holidays as part of our popular Holiday Camp programme. Qualifications and skills required To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum British Gymnastics level 1 trampoline coaching qualification but be able to train and qualify as a level 2 coach, have previous experience of coaching children and a sound knowledge of safety and safeguarding.
