Role Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-to-one and group support for students with behavioural challenges
2. Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning
3. Build strong, trusting relationships with students and staff
4. Work collaboratively to implement behaviour support plans
What we're looking for:
1. Experience working with young people in a school, care, or mentoring role (not essential)
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. A calm, empathetic, and patient approach
4. A genuine passion for making a difference within Special Education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
