About The Role We are currently recruiting for Operations Supervisor who will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the depot, including purchase orders and workshop support. Operations Supervisor will ensure Health & Safety compliance, efficient equipment maintenance, and a well-organized workforce. As An Operations Supervisor, You Will Be Responsible For Overseeing the day-to-day operational needs of the depot. Coordinating, prioritizing, and resolving team issues efficiently. Optimizing manpower, time, equipment, and energy usage. Escalating critical issues that impact business operations. Managing the team in line with established programs and objectives. Handling quality issue management. Contacting customers, gathering feedback, and maintaining strong relationships. Responding to complaints and conducting satisfaction investigations to drive improvements. Leading on aspects of H&S by setting an example. Working closely with the Depot Manager to address issues promptly and promote open communication. Collaborating with the sales team and operational management.
