For unqualified assessors - at least 3 years' Early Years management experience to be considered for this position.
Purpose of the role: Early Years Assessor
You will be managing a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners (up to Level 5), including Functional Skills) both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visits to the learner in their place of work. Coaching and mentoring the learner through to completion of their Early Years apprenticeship qualification.
Full training and qualifications are fully funded and provided by the employer.
Early Years Assessor: Essentials
A minimum 3 years Nursery Manager experience
(Desirable) Level 5 (or equivalent) Early Years qualification
UK driving license and use of own transport
You will be based from Home, covering the Somerset area
A mixture of home working/remote and visiting learners in their place of work in Somerset and the surrounding area

The role is full-time, permanent
40 hour working week, Mon-Fri, no unsociable hours or weekends

£29k - £34k annual salary - depending on experience
