Job description Job Title: Domiciliary Care Manager Job Overview: The Domiciliary Care Manager oversees the delivery of home care services, managing care staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating personalized care plans for clients in their homes. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, support, and schedule care staff, ensuring effective delivery of services. Develop, implement, and review care plans to meet clients' needs. Ensure care meets legal and organizational standards, perform audits, and address client complaints. Build relationships with clients and families, offering guidance and ensuring confidentiality. Manage budgets, track financials, and optimize resource usage. Ensure staff are trained in health and safety protocols and conduct risk assessments. Stay updated on relevant laws, participate in inspections, and maintain accurate records.Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Experience in domiciliary care management and care plan development. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
