Since becoming an academy in September 2009, Kettering Buccleuch Academy has seen many exciting changes. We are an all-through academy catering for students aged 4-18. We moved into our new, purpose-built building in January 2013. Salary: £19,362.40 p.a. (£24,203 FTE)
Hours: 30 hours per week, shift rota

The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Recreation team to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the academy’s sports centre facilities. The post holder is expected to work during weekends and flexibility is essential.
You will help to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all facilities. You will also ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the centre and demonstrate a professional image and deliver excellent customer service.
About You
You will be able to maintain the high standards expected of the recreation team and have energy and commitment to the role. You will have excellent customer service skills and the flexibility to work unsocial hours at times is essential.
