Join our team and you’ll be responsible for managing the local HR functions across their respective region. Working in the People department, you will act as Business Partner to the Senior Leadership team and will translate business strategy into a people agenda that builds organisational capability to meet business goals. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
This is a 12 month FTC.
Your responsibilities:
* Become a trusted advisor on all people matters to Senior Leadership Team, coach and mentor Senior Leaders to be empowered around people, engagement and performance topics.
* Drive complex organisational change and transformation programmes, redesigning structures around strategic objectives.
* Analyse data and surveys to improve people engagement and retention.
* Build, drive and execute a people strategy focusing on areas of strategic importance that optimise organisational effectiveness.
* Create a Stepstone culture in close partnership with leaders and be an ambassador for the same.
Qualifications:
* Successful track record of building and leading the people function in a global, multinational organisation (preferably a fast-paced sales or service environment).
* Demonstrated success in working effectively at C-suite with a high degree of impact and influence.
* Experience of managing a cultural shift or transformational change.
* Ability to “flex” working and communication style across different types of cultures, complexities, business situations and matrix partners.
* Able to apply a commercial approach and business acumen to ensure people strategy supports business agenda.
