We are looking for an undergraduate to join us on a 48-52 week placement, supporting our internal communication activities of Chief Operating Officers Digital Evolution (COODE). You will be supporting the execution of communication plans, creating content, channel management and assisting in the organisation of events and campaigns.

Your responsibilities
* Manage intranet content and promote internal events.
* Update COODE’s web page on the Uniper website.
* Send email communications via Outlook.
* Collate and report on monthly activity and channel performance.
* Support the COODE Communications team and wider COODE leadership in daily activities.
Your profile
Essential
* Very strong written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrates strong teamwork skills and a proven ability to deliver tasks efficiently and effectively.
* Understanding of media channels applicable to internal communication.
* Evidence of ability to manage own suite of projects, prioritise, and work collaboratively to tight deadlines.
* Working knowledge of Outlook, SharePoint
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and a competent user of Excel and Outlook in a Windows environment
* English fluency essential, (German, Dutch, Swedish would be an advantage)
Desirable
* We are open to the discipline studied on your undergraduate degree, however this role may be particularly interesting for those studying journalism, marketing, communications, English or other related degrees.
