Our private nursing home is tucked away within the picturesque Lanark countryside, offering specialist care for 70 residents.
Care Assistant Contract
* £12.10 per hour
* Dayshift or Nightshift Available
* 38 hours per week
* Pension
* 5.6 weeks annual leave
* PVG
* Onsite parking
What You'll Do:
* Provide Compassionate Care: Deliver high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being while respecting their dignity and preferences.
* Support Daily Activities: Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal support, and mobility, tailored to each resident's needs.
* Create a Positive Environment: Foster a warm and engaging atmosphere, making sure residents feel valued and connected.
* Work as a Team: Collaborate with fellow team members and contribute to a supportive and effective care environment.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualifications: SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
* Experience: At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant is ideal, but we also welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills who are enthusiastic about working with the elderly.
* Passion: A genuine interest in providing care for the elderly and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
