Mission and Main Objectives: To manage all aspects of Employee Relations and support on recruitment activities at NMUK Outline and Responsibilities: HR generalist with proven ability to manage Employee Relations issues, including disciplinary & grievance handling, performance and medical counselling and day to day advice on employment law and terms and conditions issues. You will also support on recruitment activities. You will be expected to take some level of project responsibility and coordination for a number of HR related areas such including Employment Law, HR Projects, Graduate Recruitment, headcount planning, Absence management reporting, Occupational Health contract management and flexible work requests. Experience and Qualifications Required: Ideally, Degree Qualified and CIPD qualified or studying towards any of these qualifications Strong experience of dealing with Employee Relations issues and Recruitment Proven communication, negotiation and influencing skills are critical to the role A team player with a fully flexible approach Project management skills to work alongside a highly focused, fast paced production environment Comprehensive PC skills.
