D ue to company growth, we are now looking for an Internal Sales / Business Development Executive to join our growing Internal Sales team. You will primarily be working from a database of potential new customers, with responsibility for increasing sales revenue by following up previously quoted opportunities. Salary - £27,500 basic Commission, OTE £35,000 Hours - 9:00AM - 5:00PM, 37 hours per week Job Scope A major part of this role will be outbound sales calls to a database of potential customers, who have already received an at-home quotation from our team of nationwide sales representatives. Your objective will be to use sales techniques and price-point negotiation to close a successful deal. Where there is not the opportunity to close the deal, you will use the call as an opportunity to gain feedback on the design visit to produce an insight into the service we offer and drive ongoing improvements. The emphasis will be on quality of calls and successful conversion to a sale. You will be the first person appointed to this role and have the opportunity to add valuable contribution and direction to the growth and development of the internal sales function. Responsibilities Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients following a Designers visit, to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Proactively follow up a sales pipeline with existing leads Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with our target audience, with the aim of increasing sales. Prepare and present sales reports to management, showcasing performance metrics and areas for improvement. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to maximize opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction.
