Skin Me is a mission driven start-up with seriously big skin goals. We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Lead to join our Growth Team at Skin Me. This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote. About the role: As the Paid Media Lead at Skin Me you will lead and manage our paid search (PPC) and paid social activity, from owning the day to day management of the accounts, to planning and executing tests, all whilst ensuring strong execution of activity. This is an exciting role which will be instrumental to helping us hit our KPIs and ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience within paid search and paid social and have experience leading a small team. This role will work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager and other senior stakeholders both in the growth team and beyond. The successful candidate will be confident working autonomously and communicate well. They will be positive, energetic and ambitious, looking for an opportunity to take their career to the next level in a fast growing business. What you’ll do: Own the strategy of your assigned channels (Meta, Google and TikTok), making sure we leverage the strengths of each channel to drive cost effective customer acquisition. Use data and insights to underpin your decision making and hit your KPIs. Own the creative brief process with a constant Test & Learn approach Track and manage the paid media marketing budget - flagging and reporting if we’re behind targets, and leading the team to take necessary actions to achieve targets. Work with the paid media executive to create, optimise and analyse results of paid media campaigns across the three brands Serve as the team representative in both team and leadership meetings, confidently presenting updates and addressing questions. Ensure the key learnings and best practices of each channel are shared effectively across all relevant teams, including UX, Influencer and CRM teams and across our three brands Manage a Paid Media Executive, overseeing their workload and providing support for performance and professional development as needed. Work closely with the Paid Media Executive to manage workload across our three brands, and collaborate with growth leads across the three brands to ensure we hit our targets Own channel reporting, communicate results at all levels in a clear and concise manner. Ensure channel reporting processes are operating smoothly. Lay out an optimisation roadmap for your channels, including creative, targeting, bidding, and UX. Work collaboratively with the Creative, Influencer and Tech teams to implement changes and understand results. Create a plan to scale opportunities and drive growth across the online channel mix, building on existing activities Collaborate closely with Marketing and other members of the Growth team to align with the marketing calendar and plans About you: Strong hands on experience across the performance marketing mix driving growth from channels including PPC and Paid Social Outstanding knowledge of the Google Ads, Meta and TikTok platforms, gained through hands on experience Confident using advanced Excel techniques and an eagerness to learn further data skills Experience working in a fast paced, high growth and data driven organisation Experience working with design and copywriting teams to deliver best-in-class creatives for your channels Commercially-minded with an inquisitive mind Previous experience in people management is desirable Why should you choose Skin Me?
