About the role
As our Complex Assistant, you will want to make a difference to the lives of the tenants in The Dell and understand that having a good environment to live in is very important to tenants. You will be the link between tenants and their housing provider. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Complex, including cleaning, reporting repairs and managing health and safety.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have:
1. Experience of working with older people
2. Ability to work on an individual basis or part of a team
3. Excellent Inter-personal skills
4. Willingness to be adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of The Dell
5. Ability to contribute to identification of own training needs
6. Experience of providing a cleaning service
7. Experience in organising own workload to achieve priorities and objectives
8. Basic IT skills such as using e-mail and word processing
The successful candidate will be required to join the PVG membership scheme.
