Due to the nature of the role strong administration skills are also a must. Project managing multiple mechanical installations to the value of £30k - £1.5m from inception to completion. CANDIDATE INFORMATION -Mechanical Project Manager / HVAC Project Manager Recognised industry qualifications for example: degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering, commercial heating acs, plumbing and heating ity and guilds Have a qualification of competence of SMSTS. Have a current CSCS card, ideally equal to competence such as a black card or technical person Experience of working within a similar role as a mechanical project manager / hvac project manager with demonstrable experience of overseeing multiple contracts at any one time. You must be proficient with MS Office packages including Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential The ability to work to deadlines and meet targets, excellent commercial acumen is essential, as are strong leadership skills.
