This role will be a 360 role, managing some existing clients and also being proactive in bringing new clients to the Agency. It's a fast-paced environment and we are very team-focused, working together to ensure both our clients and candidates receive the best service possible. Job Description:
* Full 360 role, account managing existing clients, and also being on the lookout for new opportunities with new businesses
* Managing a candidate base and effectively communicating and matching to roles
* Registering candidates and obtaining the relevant paperwork
* Writing job adverts
* Visiting clients
* Attending networking meetings within the area to build relationships and promote Brampton Recruitment positively within the business community
Experience Required:
* Proven recruitment experience, either in-house or agency background would be an advantage
* Someone who can work in a fast-paced environment
* A team player
* Ability to work on multiple projects
* High attention to detail
* Proven business development experience
* Strong communication skills
* Good written and verbal skills
* Self-motivated and confident
* Able to organise yourself
* MS Office skills
Salary negotiable + Bonus
Working hours: 8.30 am to 5:00 pm (4.30 pm on a Friday)
