Real Estate Disputes Solicitor, 5+ years PQE, London, Salary £95,000 - 130,000 (DOE), Outstanding opportunity to join the accomplished dispute resolution team of this top 50 UK Law Firm.

\nTHE ROLE:
\nThis well-regarded firm is seeking an experienced Lawyer to join their growing Real Estate Disputes team. In this role, you will work closely with partners, handling a diverse caseload of property consultancy and litigation. Your responsibilities will cover complex contentious leasehold and freehold matters, including lease renewals and reviews, possession and forfeiture, option disputes, rights of way, anti-social behaviour, and adverse possession cases. You will represent a diverse client base, including commercial investors and developers, while also handling agricultural and residential disputes. Collaborating with non-contentious teams, you will provide strategic advice on property matters to help prevent potential disputes.

\nTHE CANDIDATE:
\nThe successful candidate will have previous experience of at least 5 years’ PQE and be able to demonstrate a high level of technical skill and forensic approach to litigation, as well as a desire to be an active participant within business development activities. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within the team and other related departments.
