Job Title: Activities Co-ordinator
Join HC-One as an Activities Co-ordinator, where kindness is at the heart of everything we do. Our focus is on providing compassionate care in Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. We believe that our Residents are individuals with their own stories, and we are committed to giving back to them.
Your role will involve planning and implementing engaging activities that delight our Residents, assisting the Home Manager with fundraising events, and encouraging social confidence among Residents. Your approach will always be rooted in kindness and consideration.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience working with vulnerable individuals and developing activity programs is preferred.
* Positive energy, excellent interpersonal skills, and a caring attitude are essential.
* Strong planning, organisational, and IT skills, with effective time management.
* Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and to report concerns appropriately.
