Client Payroll Administrator – Remote (UK)
Rate: £15 per hour + holiday pay
Contract: Fixed Term (until June 2025)
Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Payroll Administrator to join a leading Payroll Services organisation on a temporary basis. Working remotely, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll services to multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients.
✔️ Accurately calculate salaries, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
✔️ Ensure full compliance with UK tax regulations and employment legislation.
✔️ Process starters, leavers, and payroll amendments efficiently.
✔️ Submit RTI reports to HMRC and generate payroll reports.
✔️ Reconcile payroll data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
✔️ Provide excellent client support, handling payroll queries professionally.
What You’ll Need:
✔️ Proven experience in bureau or client payroll processing.
✔️ Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation (PAYE, NI, pensions).
✔️ High attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy.
✔️ Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients.
✔️ Experience with payroll software systems.
✔️ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
