AXA Commercial are seeking someone with detailed knowledge of claims processes to be the key connection between Supply Chain, Operations and Suppliers. You’ll be responsible for performance management of all allocated claims suppliers to ensure delivery of agreed service targets within Operational teams. You’ll partner with the Supply Chain Manager to share performance data and support with future supplier development strategies. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing: Responsible for collating business requirements in relation to service expectations. Set up and conduct periodic reviews with suppliers targeting their service, documenting outputs. Act as escalation point for operational queries relating to suppliers’ service delivery and support to resolve. Maintain excellent working relationships with the Supply Chain Manager. Smooth on-boarding of new suppliers. Responsible for communications plan, access to systems and appropriate guidance. Support development of excellent supplier relationships and ensure on time payments. Develop and monitor feedback mechanisms to assist in assessing supplier performance. Benchmark and analyse supplier performance using MI as well as customer and operational feedback. Work closely with suppliers to develop their understanding of AXA Commercial's processes. Experience of supply chain management - preferred. Detailed knowledge of claims processes - essential. Strong analytical skills. Great networking skills.
