Base Salary: £25,000 + 25% Uncapped Commission (OTE £100k+)

The Role:
As a Sales Consultant at Sense, you’ll work closely with HR professionals and decision-makers, guiding them through our product offerings and helping them select the best solutions for their company’s needs. You’ll be responsible for:
* Engaging with prospects and qualifying leads
* Conducting system demonstrations and understanding client requirements
* Building relationships and offering tailored solutions
* Supporting clients throughout the sales journey to ensure satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for sales professionals with a strong track record in driving results and closing deals. While full training on our products will be provided, sales experience is essential. You'll need:
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong customer service and relationship-building capabilities
* Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects
