Summary Being a Visitor Experience Officer for the National Trust is all about people – connecting with them, inspiring them, and making sure they have the best possible day when they come to visit. This role will include working on weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis, along with some evening working. What you'll be doing Reporting to the Visitor Operations & Experience Manager, you'll be working in Visitor Experience team, at Osterley Park & House. You’ll be supporting the day to day running and operations of Osterley and work closely with the property team to deliver a brilliant visitor experience for visitors to Osterley. As Visitor Experience Officer, you'll lead a team of 7 staff members and the department's volunteers, role modelling exceptional customer service. You'll support and empower your team to respond to customer enquiries and site issues and be the face of the National Trust. You’ll be experienced in managing people, delivering outstanding customer service, and in delivering engaging and meaningful experiences. You'll lead for a culture of exceptional service across the property, support with planning and marketing third-party events and outdoor theatre/cinema and work closely with the VOEM to ensure high standards of site presentation, interpretation across the visitor journey. As a duty manager you'll be responsible for the smooth running of the site, ensuring visitors, staff and volunteers are safe and that the visitor experience is prioritised.
